It seems anymore that criminals have more rights than people they victimize.

 

That doesn't justify them for stealing money from employees by taking insurance money and not paying the premium and as well taking drivers child support. From me alone they took $3845.. I'm not done with them yet.

 

Both Baldwin should be in jail.

 

They took money from way too many drivers. Dudley is a theif and con man I hope he screws over his daughter!

Oh have I got a story for anyone considering Baldwin! Or Baldwin express! Or doing any kind of business with Dudley & Kathy Baldwin at all!
I got into a lease purchase with him and ran for almost two yrs. I had several bounced settlement checks, and he loved to come up with creative ways to keep you in the negative. Always owing him something. lease payment of $3400 / month, plus insurance on a brand new Volvo 780 very well speced. I know i stayed in much longer than i should have, and probably should have walked away in the first place, but i was determined to make it work and not fail. I'm stubborn that way. Out of the blue one day i was contacted by child support enforcement and informed that I had not made a child support payment in almost a year, they told me they were suspending my lisence and threatened me with prosecution. (Which was not a threat at all, they proceeded). The money deducted from my settlements by Dudley and Kathy Baldwin for child support was pocketed and never sent to the child support registry. After proving to the court that the deductions were in fact taken from me, child support enforcement decided to work with me and reinstated my licence and dismissed the contempt / delinquency charges, but also told me I was still liable for the balance. In other words I get to pay it twice. Only after the state went after him for felony fraud did he miraculously come up with the money he stole from not only me, but my children as well, and pay to avoid going to jail. Also important to note, i was informed by child support enforcement that several of the checks he sent to them also bounced. I was not aware of any of this untill he went under. 10 cents a mile was deducted from my settlements and put into a maintainence escrow, yet when it was time to buy drive tires, Dudley Baldwin refused to release my money. (Because it didn't exist). That was only one example of the run around I got when trying to draw MY MONEY, that I had already earned, out of the account controlled by him and his wife. Did I mention the numerous bounced settlement checks? And I haven't even gotten into not getting paid for the loads completed. Kathy Baldwin is a master at explaining away why you aren't owed money for work completed. Specially after repowering a load for a truck that went down. All of the criminal activity came to light when i was on my way from California to deliver in San Antonio TX one night at 10:00 p.m.. I was contacted by dispatch and told I had till midnight to get fuel because my fuel card would be cut off at midnight along with my insurance. Along with that I was told I worked for Navajo now, and I would have to deal with them. I was also told that I would have to turn the truck in and that it no longer belonged to me, even though I had made every payment and paid every penny of the expenses. I refused to turn the truck in. Via an attorney I was able to do a title search and find out that the real owners of the truck(s) (a finance company out of Chicago by the name of commercial credit group) had LEASED 20 trucks to Dudley with explicit clauses prohibiting him from sub leasing or selling the equipment. In laymens terms, this means that the sale and or lease that I, and every other driver that signed a lease for one of those trucks, was invalid and illegal. I would have paid the entire truck off and never owned it. Fortunately for me, the people who owned the leased trucks were VERY understanding since they themselves were also getting screwed by Dudley. They allowed me to deal directly with them and I was able to keep the truck. My payment dropped by half! What does that tell you? The trucks that were turned in were seized and sold at auction to pay his unpaid tax debt. Mine would have been one of them had they been able to find it. HE SCREWED EVERYONE!! And Navajo didn't buy him out, they siezed collateral on a loan they made to him to keep him operating. When he defaulted on the terms of that loan they came in and took over. Did I mention that while all of this was going on he and his wife were building a spacious brand new house? What I was told by someone on the inside, was that the house was put in his daughters name to keep it out of the hands of the feds and numerous other companies that sued following his run of fraud and theft. He still owes me $4,300 from the escrow account I mentioned above. I have contacted him numerous times and his response is always the same. "Please just give me a few more months to pay you. The feds are the big dogs at the table right now". That is an exact quote. Well that time has run out. I'm now in the process of sueing him to recover my money. STAY AWAY FROM DUDLEY AND KATHY BALDWIN! Well respected my ###! Nice try Dudley "sawyer" Baldwin. His father was a well respected man in the trucking business and in the Amarillo community without a doubt. He built that company, Dudley destroyed it. When his father died, Dudley took the company over. His greed, corruption, and outright theft ran it into the ground. His dad Is rolling over in his grave right now and I'm certain he would be kicking Dudley's ### if he could. Don't believe me? Ask his brother. He owns Panhandle tire there in Amarillo and I have done business with him on several occasions and always treated fairly and respectfully. I took my truck in to Panhandle tire to have steer tires replaced and alignment done. Dudley came unglued and told me he would not release my escrow money to pay the bill because I went to his brother. He and his own brother have something going on too. I wonder why? I hope he and his wife read this and sue me for slander. I would love to get him in front of another judge and bring to light some more stuff. I can prove everything I've said. It's only slander if it's untrue. He is a thief, and a liar, and doesn't deserve to be free. If you want to make an honest living and be treated fairly, Stay away from Dudley and Kathy Baldwin. And if Dudley & Kathy "sawyer" Baldwin want to call me a liar about anything I've just said, and defend their criminal behavior, I will absolutely put up every legal document. Including the fianance company documents from the truck he illegally sold to me, bounced settlement checks, bounced child support checks, a statement showing the escrow money he and Kathy stole from me that I'm now sueing them for, and any other documents needed to back up my statement, right here for the world to see.

Dudley & Kathy Baldwin are the ONLY ones responsible for damaging the company! Own it! Some of us know you! You can lie to strangers very easily, but you can't get away with it from people who have delt with you.
