Just bail and take your cdl go to south Texas get on with any company down there most will hire you with no experience since you have the golden CDL ticket. You won't breaching the contract cuz you won't be driving you'll be a bonifide drill/rig/wireline/cap string hand. To have you better understand basically a laborer. And you can make said $ you owe them pay it back most hands make about 1200$ a week. They have housing and give you your FR's your going to need and training all of it. My suggestion would be to get on a drilling rig better pay due to the fact you might die. 4-5 weeks on 5-7 days off. I was cap string rigger/operator till the company was finished with there contract and I split.
However judging by your current troubles this might not be your get out of jail free card. Good luck -
Maybe he IS living up to his end of the contract, it could be that the company isn't living up to THEY'RE end. If it's for training, you'll need at least 6 months exp to find a job. If it's for training, and they're not paying you for your loads, walk. If you are an O/O, that may be more difficult to do.

What people not understanding if Crst was a solo driving company and this whole team/ split mileage didn't exist I wouldn't mind working for this company but its other key factors that play a role they are not good on home time, fleet managers suck and lets not even bother talking about maintenance, also what the one guy said about safety yes I am concerned you put 2 students on a truck together that are complete strangers you don't know whats going through that person mind, that hasn't been out there in the real world you would be concerned too not only our safety what about other people safety you not with this company to hear about all the accidents this company has been involved in

99% of the time, a drivers demise is of their own wrongdoing, especially rookie drivers. Accidents, load refusals, late loads, etc can easily put a driver on a DM's bad side.
Oh, I forgot....... Nothing is ever the drivers fault. Just like how everyone in prison will tell you they didn't do it.
