Terpening vs. ARG

    Yeah i did read it. It's been awhile actually but I didn't see any threads on Terpening. Terpening seems to pay better but it's a little longer drive.

    So has arg changed there pay scale? I thought it was cpm while driving and hourly when unloading/loading fueling up

    Yeah i guess it changed. She couldn't give me average pay of drivers because the pay was too new to get real data from. No cpm anymore. Just hourly with OT after 50hrs.

    Terpening equipment looks real good but I think ARG is an all around better company. I've spoken with them both in the past and that was the feeling I got.

    Yeah i feel that way too. I worked for Rist which is a different division but both are owned by wadhams enterprises and I thought it was a great establishment. I think more money is to be had at Terpening but I haven't had the opportunity to talk with any of their drivers.

    OT after 50 ? Is that a typo ?
    Probably not , they decide to pay by the hour but are to cheap to pay time and a half after 40 like a real job would....

    No typo. My current company went from paying overtime after 40 to straight time (no overtime)

    Yeah it had a lot of detailed info about them but seeing that they are only a 60 truck outfit, I can see why you don't see anything here on them
