Never hauled propane, but I have drove tanker and half a load of liquid will move a lot.
So if you drop off the pavement the load will go to the right while you steer hard to the left.
Can you feel propane moving at half a load??
How did this truck get that way ?

Just had one with a supposedly empty Argon container tank end up on its side going 20mph on snaking pass.
Some sloshing liquid can cause issues if you throw steering one way then the other even a bit. -
