1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Does anyone have info about Rumble trucking out of Port Sanilac, MI. I take my test on thursday and I have offers from Rumble, Swift and a local company hauling wood chips to the paper mills.

I talked to one of there drivers a few weeks ago and he's been with them for a year and a half. had nothing but good things to say especially about the miles and home time options. I am presently with a company, doing alright so far, but will check them out if things change. Only around 150 drivers and they go all over. Was an interesting talk I had and makes me interested

I know from a broker standpoint, they have always treated us well, check calls, and the like always occur which seems to be lacking lately- I enjoy working with them...

I WAS a driver.... From April to August. Made less than 6,000 dollars in that time frame. Lack of miles 1,100 a week 50.00 taken out of your check for a driver escrow account. You pay tolls then they pay you back its treated like a advance this company ties up your money to long. I drove flatbed work your ### off for very little. Dispatch says oh sorry thats all I can get you, and I waited all day to hear that! Drive 230 miles unload next day and wait all day for another short load. Flatbed trucks are under supplied, I had 5 chains and 4 binders, no edge protectors, worn out straps, 30 bungees, no coil racks oh they will say we don't do coils... thats why I had 10 on my truck. Stay away from this company TMC is much better.
