Yeah. But it's very limited. Your kind of in a corner. Most OTR companies won't do it.

For where i live, they said at first they wouldn't take me either but then they had me sign a paper stating i was willing to drive the extra to the closest OC when needed..there is a bulk oc in keasbey..not sure about van oc or anything closer
