I normally am not that narrow or blunt when I try to be helpful, so to Russ, there are some extremely valid points made by others: firstly you would for sure want to make sure you find whats causing the damage before putting on a new turbo. And, while my 175963 does seem to work well, I have heard before that there is a better one, as smokin cat says. I know that you are well aware of the other unmentionable change to be made, youve talked about that for quite a while. Hope it turns out ok for you.

The same changes would need to be made to run that turbo as the aftermarket from BW, the 177148 is a direct replacement for a turbo that could have came on the 6nz.
