    Hi, my name is Austin. I am 62 years old so I am on the downhill side of this game and enjoying the last few years. Hope to go at least until 65 God willing
    and the creeks don't rise. I do heavy haul so most of my running is with a permitted load. This suits me find as I usually only run daylite hours. My night vision isn't what it used to be.
    Just got a new Peterbilt model 579 and still getting used to it. It sure is quiet compared to my old Pete 379. I do miss my Cat thou.
    Anyway trying to get sorted out and set my ham radio setup in my new truck.

    Welcome good luck with your new ride, I'm assuming it has a cummins? You may come to like it, you can shift these motors with lower RPM's
