I was signed on to roadone in jacksonville fl. My check was so up and down it was not pleasant. 3 weeks net would be 7 to 900 and seemed like once a month I would hit 1500 or so. I signed onto yo csx and so far my net has dipped below 1200. Mon thru Fri and miles around 1400 to 1800. Still I would like to more it's just not here in Jax Fl. I have herd that savannah intermodal drivers make more. How about hub group I was thinking of jumping over to them what yall think

Interesting that you should mention HUB Group. I was talking to one of their drivers and he kindly let me snap a photo of their pay rates. I'm unsure if I'm allowed to post the rates here. In any case, I thought it was remarkable the a company would actually give this info to a driver as if they're proud and have little to hide. That in and of itself left a good impression on me. I'm still with Road One but only because I have built history with them. They've been changing the way they do things (ever so slowly) and I'm curious to see what happens. It's winter so I'm in no rush to jump ship and try and prove myself with another company running in ###### weather lol

Were you able to post that photo of Hub Groups pay rates? -

I was offered a dispatcher position with Roadone and was wondering if they look at low level felonies in the past on a case by case basis?

That's bullcrap.....Felonies do not automatically disqualifi you from driving if you have a cdl and past experance.....look at some felon threads here at tr.....plenty of felonies that have done time out there working today
