For OTR it would depend on what I'm hauling, what im driving and what you're paying me. If you offer me $2,500 a week salary to drive a long nose doing nothing but drop and hooks with a van, I'd be all over that like white on rice.

P For a salary of $1200 , you should divide that wage by 70 or 80 and calculate your real hourly wage. Factor in the fact that normal people get paid time and a half after 8 and double time after 12 will show that you make less than minimum wage. Or just minimum wage. If you are salaried they will probably pay you to run all legal hours. And then some off the log book. 80 a week. You'd probably be making like $10 an hour for these wages.

Works out to about $17 an hour for 70 hours straight time. I would run completely legal and refuse otherwise.
