    I started local back in August and I am really starting to miss otr, people say i'm crazy, but I just love been out on the open road, being local is brutal, if your company runs paper they will run you in the ground. Lessors is on my short list, just my safety record is jacked (minor incidents) so might have to wait for a minute. The only drawback to OTR is the unstable pay.

    unstable pay only happens when the dispatchers and drivers need to adjust thier meds
    Lessors, Abilene , Magnum just three carriers off the top of my head have stable working conditions

    Never looked at it that way, makes sense though, the meds adjustment. God only knows how I am when my meds are not jelling with dispatches.........
