that's real nice, but how many will actually invest that 1000??? pretty close to zero.
but I do think ss is based on the last 10 quarters before you apply. but regardless companies do it because its an advantage to them, the driver saves the 7.5 but the company gets that, workers comp premium savings, unemployment , etc.

I'm not being a prick, I'm trying understand "force"..If you can't figure out the difference between "force" and agreeing to the the terms and conditions of your voluntary employment, then maybe a 60 page mortgage application and home ownership is a bit beyond your intellectual capacity ..Jumbo Thanks this.

Excellent post 2xyellow but you left out one very important fact that always gets over looked concerning SS..when you die before you reach retirement age they get to keep ALL yours and your employers contributions.now that makes it even more criminal..double yellow and G/MAN Thank this.

When you have 4 months experience your options are limited to what you can and can't accept for companies to be hired onto. Was I actually forced, and made to sign the agreement knowing I didn't have a choice on the per deim, not quite. The recruiter told me I could opt out. It was the only thing I as lied to about. Once I arrived for orientation I asked of we could opt out, they said no. When your a month and a half behind on bills because your jobs are limited, you're 1,700 miles from home in February and it's -5 out with a wind chill you aren't going to just take a bus or buy a plane ticket back with the littleoneu you have. I wasn't forced but insure was very limited on my options, and I wasn't any where near home to make a drastic decision on walking out and leaving. Every company I could get into did per deim. I guess you could say I was tricked. Is that better for you? I was tricked and mid lead on their per deim policy. -
I hear drivers all the time say they were "forced" to do this or "forced" to do that..I understand it can be a "problem" if you dont go along with the program, but you are never "forced".Just bugs me when drivers say in the "I'm a victim of my miserable circumstances"..you arent forced, but I guess you do it because its better than your options of not doing it..Its a dirty play by dirty truck companies, but they keep getting away with it as long as the line of down and outers is long and waiting to sign up ....good luck to you driver.may it work out for you and you get ur pad..

that probably depends on the company.
i've worked for 3 companies and have yet to see box 14 filled in. -
As Far as DTI, anything below 45% and you are fine there.

For anyone thinking of getting a mortgage, please remember not to incur any new debt prior to actually closing on the loan. Do not go and buy that new car and think it's fine since you already have been approved for the mortgage.
MJ1657 Thanks this.
