    The best GPS is between your ears and experience. Now with that said I have both the Rand McNally 720 and Garmin 760. The differences are minor and aren't worth mentioning. Yes they both have said destination is the left when its on the right or the other way around. Have to watch the Qualcomm navigation system because it has a bad habit of sending you down roads that ARE NOT truck legal.
