With a 90 in Hazleton, the odds are high that your next pickup will be either at P&G in Tunkhannock (or their drop yard down the hill in Mehoopany), or one of many places in York. P&G is a D/H facility (very few live loads for us), and York will have you rolling right past Jonestown.

Who knows; you could get lucky and pick up a T-called load in Jonestown...

You're right...been to both of those places. I'd be tickled to death to get anything heading west away from here. I can't really complain though as I've been very fortunate not to have been on this side of I-81 for most of the last two years. I've been overdue.

I used P&G loads to get out of the nj area. I picked up one in Delaware and hauled it to P&G in MO and now I'm picking up another one headed to KY tomorrow

At the Petro on I-81 in Wilkes-Barre PA after finishing my load from VA

Yesterday and and today I used the Mac13 *CSR to try and get appt time for delivery and an address conflict resolved. Over a period of 27 hrs I received zero responses. I've used it a few times before and no response then either. To me it's just another office staff feel good item to fool management into thinking the CSRs actually provide support. Won't waste time with it again.

I never got a delivery appt from the CSR so I called the customer and set one up for myself. Went to the Swift provided address for delivery and it was wrong. Had to go somewhere else to unload. When I get there the gal said she was a little confused at my appt request as Swift had sent her an email early in the morning stating the load would be delivered Jan 5!! While I was docking I get the notice of date change and a preplanned tcall!! Unbelievable!!

made a couple calls and had it all dropped since fork trucks were already in the trailer. In the midst of all this I get a ppln with a live load so I'll need a new trailer since the tandem adjustments were broken on the one I had. So after I'm mty I head to Wilkes-Barre to dump the trailer and went to a DC and grabbed a new one.

I didn't really mind going after another trailer for my next load though. A lightweight hazmat from some little place outside of NYC to Victorville CA. About 3000 total with a perfect schedule. Think I'm gonna angle down to I-40 and across and try to miss the bulk of the nasty weather coming into the Midwest.

Getting a response from *CSR is highly dependent on who the CSR is and how important the customer is. I've had responses in minutes or nothing at all.

I'm just a little dissapointed that they're not living up to their commitment in the videos. All the bull about 30 min response.

At the T/A in Wheeling WV. Bound for California
Got up early and rolled from Wilkes-Barre to a little town outside NYC for a live load. They loaded my 5 flammable totes in less than 10 mins. I love small shippers. I spent more time on the phone with Compliance than I did on the dock. The trailer is now a "hazmat tanker".
