Volvo VNL 780 vs 670 weight difference

    Hello everyone i have a quick question, lets say there are two vovlos next to each other and they are both specd out with the same options, they are basically identical but one difference only. One being a 780 and the other one a 670, how much extra does the 780 weigh? I keep hearing that theres a significant weight difference between those two just because of the cabin but i am having a hard time believing that story, i mean how much more weight can a bigger cabin add? Some people are claiming 2-3k lbs. So i would like to see what some of you here have to say about that, thank you all in advance.

    real world number on my 2006 780 with full tanks (240gl) and everything for me and the wife to stay out for 30 days.... 20,000 lb.

    Yes but what i meant was how much extra weight does the 780 cabin add since its more spacious

    I think additional weight would be closer half of the 2-3k all other things equal(truck only.)
