New O/O pay package

Because Jb hunt don't want to put nothing in writing JB Hunt likes everything verbal so they can turn around and change up things out @ spur of the moment to suit their needs

 

I would never operate for Just Been Hired Unfortunately Not Trained.

They are dishonest, dont pa drivers on time, run iliigal equipment and are all around a horrible company. Thus, it doesnt concern me that they dont have O/O rates listed. Get yourself partnered with a much better company,

 

Why are they not a starter company anymore? They don't take new drivers? They pay well enough that good drivers stay? Riiiiiiight.....

i was told today that the rates are .90pm for loaded and .60 for unloaded not sure if that is good or not

Kinda late to post and I have nothing much of value to ad except I have a friend that is O/O for them and he does well. I do know for a fact that they do pay on time and as far as intermodel is concerned they have some of the best equipment out there, so not sure where you get your information
