I seem to remember the incentive kicks in for anyone running a minimum number of miles through 01/02. So if you get those miles or more the incentives should be paid on the check after closing 01/02.
-
just a shame I wont see it being dedicated
-
I was told to expect a lump sum on 01/19.
-
Lump sum 1-19. 200 for solo blah blah. Luckily for me I hit the mileage amount already, because tomorrow AM I pick up a load 20 miles away, that delivers 01-02 48 miles away. 60 miles. 2 days. After having so many weeks of 3200+ miles I seem to be in a dead spot for freight now.

The solo holiday pay really sucks, and nothing to be excited about.
Especially when freight is slow during that time anyway.
And I thought I was doing them a favor by not requesting home time during Christmas.
Why should team drivers get more than double the solo rate when they are expected to run the same amount of miles per driver?
At any rate, I didn't make the quota. I was hosed on miles with loads that were very short on miles and long on time.HousTank Thanks this. -
I wondered why teams get so much more, its not a fair way to do it.

I figure next year I'll put in home times for both Thanksgiving and Christmas - and fight to get there on time!
If they don't want to show any appreciation for the sacrifice, then I'll simply not make the effort.HousTank Thanks this. -
jurupa terminal.. did 3 trip today. picked up 2 live load in l.a. and dropped that load at ross in perris. drove to ross in moreno valley and tcalled that here at terminal. then picked up a load here and dropped at walmart in apple valley. drove back here for nite. mistake lol. was dark and no spots open to park. had to park in the isle next to another trailer. yard dog came ovwer and asked me to look on the otherside of terminal to park. i told him i already looked. so we stood there and talked for abit and both agreed something has to be done to get these bobtails from parking singlely in a trailer spot. but we all know thats not going to happen till upper management start inforcing it. went insidee to eat my subway dinner then came back to truck to read and browse internet. saw another drivver hooking up to a trailer and the yard dog was talking to him. he came over and said he was moving. so i came over and parked here. i rather park in a spot than an isleway cause lesser chance to get hit.

I guess I was in a hurry to get my week away from the truck when the messages came in, I don't remember the minimum miles stipulation
