Got a pair of these.
Work well, have lasted 4 months of flatbed with winding straps and torquing wrenches. Not a lot of insulation on them, but they retain heat you generate through work pretty well. The back is heavy rubber and does a good job of insulating.
Pretty worth the price overall. -

https://www.underarmour.com/en-us/mens/accessories/gloves If you're in ND or similar get the under armour glove liners too, Works just like the 4.0 shirts and pants. If it's -30 or colder they work well, if it's warmer they start burning me up so I have to start removing layers. Hand warmers are cheap too and work up to 8hrs.

I was looking for those on Amazon. Any idea where I can get some?

I've used both of these. The 26's are warmer, but you'll have more dexterity with the 23's.Dr_Fandango44 and Patrickm213 Thank this. -
