Blow the whole crappy place up and return it to the Gators.

The French Quarter would make a nice SCUBA dive site.

 

Been to N.O. a couple of times (took red beans outa E. CO after Katrina per FEMA), smelled like rot and paper/trash every where---this was 60 days after!!

Place needs to be returned to the natural swamp that it came from: or more $$$ will be continued to be needed to keep its head above water!
