    I think you mean salmonella. Semolina is a popular rice based dish, but nice try.
    Just as well it's not clostridium botulinum otherwise she wouldn't be on earth for long.

    Perrier is what my wife drank after I introduced it to her and she tried to quit her Dr pepper

    I been using an calorie count app. It's been working great for me. It scans the bar code on any food label. You can eat and drink what you want. It will calculate your food intake.

    Also if you don't like drinking water... You can drink Gatorade, I buy the quarts from Walmart for a $1. That's all I drink is Gatorade on the road.

    try drinking water from a vel the botled water they sell has nothing in it that's why you drink it and feel like you need something more espacialy after eating fast food

    I do one cup of coffee in the morning (my company provides free coffee at the terminal), then switch to iced tea for the remainder of the day. Came off a mountain dew habit.
