The hospital in Big Lake can perform a drug test and has the only gym in town.

No shortage of hours for us here in South Texas. I haul crude for Dupre out of the Floresville yard, which is 25 miles south of San Antonio. They are hiring at all of our yards, all the way to Houston. Hourly pay starting at $22 up to $29, plus a $2 night shift differential, all based on experience.

Not in the same areas as you guys are in the States, but up here in Alberta a friend of mine was just laid off from drilling until at least July. That's not good when you consider the fact that drilling is at its peak during the winter here in Canada!

I talked to a guy who works at New Park Drilling Fluids at their Monahans, Tx. location and they announced layoffs beginning Jan. 15. He said the rigs are going back to the yards when they finish a well.

I haul crude here in alberta and we have slowed down a bit lately, a combination of the Holiday period and also the drop in oil price . They have definitely slowed down the wells here, leases that were producing 2-3 loads a day are back to 1-2 loads per day lately. Mostly it's the high water producing wells that have been slowed down.
