We have a pretty good mix of former and current company and lease drivers, so our experiences cover a lot of ground with TransAm. That's what we all try to do ....share what we have learned that works the best while you are at TA and later on when you move on to another carrier. We try to help all that we can ....and in the process we have made some valued friendships.

Baldwinsville New York. Right out side syracus3 -
if you type in the name ironpony you will find 8-10 threads on Prime
one trouble with Prime is they run most company trucks as lightweights
a much smaller freightliner without storage most guys have to take out the passenger seat
to make a place for frig etc I believe if you run NE regional for them the pay is up to $.45
but what usually happens is that pay is to get drivers to do runs that the miles dont add up
because of north east congestion
ironpony completed a lease with prime after starting as a co driver
and buys into the system of not driving over 60 to attain the best mileagejdmredneck33 Thanks this. -
Good luck redneck. Hope it works out.
jdmredneck33 Thanks this.
