Double D done it one mo gin. Got that load off in Evans. Picking up a pallet load going to the Grand island plant. Have to pick it up on yard so knock out an 8 and we will be on our way.

Drove to York and that wind wasn't being my friend. So took a two hr let the wind die down break. That was just what the dr ordered. Because it was all gravy the rest of the way. We back quiet.

Just got off the phone with the terminal manager today and he informed us that they think the issue is the seat with the truck that they are going to assign us. I repeatedly told them that it's the spare truck that is the problem but they are convinced the problem is with the new truck that i've never even been in. :biggrin_25513:They are going to take out the Bose seats (bummer, we were looking forward to them). Whatever the case we are at least happy that they have decided not to can us :smt057 and we're just going to hang tight until the truck arrives and hope that everything just calms down after we get the truck and start running. What a way to start 2015. LOL

Houston I think we have a problem. I guess the give a new meaning to slip seat. Guess you have to carry the seat to other trucks when broke down.

Edited the quote to show other issues you may have. But that's expected in the ltl business at this time of the year. (Can't do original run due to lack of freight) but hey we got this run to northDakota.)

with all due respect and the risk of being the bad guy, i am short but am a bigger girl...i dont put my seat all the way forward in anything i drive...you need to be able to adapt and drive ANY truck...

i do wish you guys luck and hope you get it all worked out. i know you have your hopes up and its very stressful....

Those big ol steering wheels in those cab overs they had in the movies is what made me want to be America's next top super trucker. Along with the fact I thought trucks came equipped with monkeys, and trans am's that ran the front door. Dagnabit
