And to boot had a dollar general in Fulton and was thinking it was a drop and hook...no I get there and it's a live unload...needless to say I sat from 1230 till 1945...then only took them 3 hours to unload for 50 bucks

 

Stayed at the Petro in Colby Kansas last night. Nice in there. Normally would have stopped at a J or Pilot for a shower but had stopped earlier at the J in Salina to take care of the hygiene issues so I would have options on where to spend the night. Really impressed with the cleanliness and attractiveness with many of the truck stops and even more so with the workers attitudes at these stops. Very nice folks. Will be shoving off soon for my now 10am mountain time in Longmont CO. 250 miles away. Just waiting for my 10 to be up. Ticky tocky.

 

They are trying to get me to run team but I say no. Student will be in motel tomorrow and I will have truck to myself again. Get my zen back.

Dropped of my delivery on time despite Denver morning rush. Washed out trailer and dropped it at Greeley CO. Waiting for a load that has a drop dead of 3pm Saturday. Load delivers in LaCrosse WI Monday morning and Grand Rapids Tuesday morning so relaxing at the truck stop near Greeley at the corner of US 85 and CO 34. Might as well take a nap. Deuces.
