Hello, I have a pete 379 day cab through my company, and an active sxm subscription. I recently swapped trucks, and I can't figure out how to get to the sat radio on this radio. If anyone could help me out. It would be appreciated

I believe you'll have to get your company person to call Sirius/XM and have them link the new unit to the existing account. I think there's a unit number/serial number that's the unit link to the signal.

Usually it will have a code when you select sat radio. That code is what you give to the rep for xm. I should clarify I guess. I would like to know how to access the sxm option on the radio itself. No matter which buttons I seem to press, I can't seem to get into the sat radio "band"

You should be able to select a channel on the truck radio and then choose the same channel on
Your sirius receiver. Then you should be good to go.

no idea, but if you can read the make/model of the radio (I cant see it in pic) you should be able to google the company. I have had success in the past scoring user manuals from manufacturer web sites. good luck

I had one like that years ago. Have you pressed the "band" button multiple times? There are more than one band for each type(am,fm,sat) to use.
