I hope someone can help with this one, I have a military cat c15 acert removed from 24 volt truck, when installed in my 90 Pete it gives me a low voltage code for ecm and goes limp mode or shuts things off, like cruise and jakes, my cat dealer is looking in to it but there are a lot more creative minds on here than at my dealer,

So can you reflash or program a 24v ecm to 12v ? or do i buy an ecm?
    Thanks in advance!

try to reflash. But use CDL (cat diagnostic link) adapter, becouse if something goes wrong ECM switches to boot mode and no J1708 and J1939 supported, so u need CDL adapter.

Passwords are not a problem too. Keygenerators are available in internet

24 V - is software for European aplication. All EU trucks use 24 V systems.
