    Speaking of Lysol, and given the nature of the OP, I think here is a good place for this.

    Here at my company, we once had a guy with some sort of medical issue, I'm thinking an anal cyst or something.

    Absolutely NOBODY wanted to drive his truck during the day because apparently it reeked in a similar manner described so succinctly in the OP. So after replacing the seat not once but TWICE, the TM got a little frustrated and wanted to verify the drivers' stories somehow. So he did that by going out to the truck and sniffing the seat.
