I don't know how to drive stick shift or switch gears at all will that be a problem during training school at a company? I'm a hard worker and pretty fast learner and switching gears I believe will be my greatest challenge . Any info will be helpful

I didn't know how to shift gears, never drove a stick, and I managed to learn. You will be fine, really, most of it is about muscle memory and knowing when to do it. Good luck.
