Best I've ever found for keeping floors clean.....cheap rubber back bathroom floormats....cut slits for pedals&form around..big ones cover most of sleeper area....smaller for between the seats&front of seats....get couple of the u shaped ones...for front of seat also....then pull em all out on laundry day(they Rmachine washable)sweep out or vacum what little got under.....putback in....besides they're real soft on your feet...and in Winter I keep a supply of old big bathtowels....and cover drivers area....and then....when home they get hot water washed&bleached...or become shop rags...lol
Lil fuel stop n Walcott NY......still watching it snow
Dinomite Thanks this. -
Yep I had A super truckin feeling. That this load was going to come with hick ups. Especially when I had so much time on load. Then I pick up load 24 hrs later. The paperwork say's 11th Qualcomm says 12th. I just figure maybe they called and changed apt for 12th. Nope so here I sit watching everybody else get their mail off. And hoping I can get this wagon empty, because there's white lines calling my name.
Oh ya Denver Mail place right across from TARocks Thanks this. -
Some folks prefer mats... I don't use them...
They accumulate dirt and dust... and you have to wash them and replace them... And not a good idea if you cook in the truck like I do... Food and liquids constantly fall on the floor... But I am able to see it and wipe it clean RIGHT AWAY...

The mats always seem to get in my way, and I seem to always be slipping on them. I think I may be using 2 cheap of paper towels, because all that residue seems to remain on floor. But maybe the wipe thing will take care of that problem.
Rocks Thanks this. -
There are many many cleaning products, detergents, etc... But whatever you use, it may need some water and scrubbing and some applications till you can get it (almost) all clean... and then, if you wish, buy at WM... or Office Depot... or Home Depot, etc some of those plastic clear mats... and cut it to fit the area in front of driver's seat... cause that's where most of the dirt is and it's difficult to keep it always clean as you are constantly going in and out with boots... muddy, dirty boots...Dinomite Thanks this.

Oh yeah... A LOT of that BTW... In my former co. I moved from truck to truck about 13 times... 7 of those, I had to clean.... FILTHY, DISGUSTING trucks... would spend HRS and HRS.... sometimes all night or all weekend cleaning, sweeping, scrubbing, wiping... my hands and fingers would get sore....
Dinomite Thanks this. -
Hey... forgot to "say" that after all that watching for other trucks not to hit my truck yesterday and keeping my running lights on all night... At 1:30 this morning I woke up with truck bouncing... Immediately I rushed to window to find my driver's side mirror turned outwards...
FREAKING CRAP!!!
The truck that had been parked next to me all afternoon was gone.... I bet he hit my mirror with the trailer tail as he pulled out of the spot...
This same kind of thing has happened to same mirror once before at a docking area when yard dog pulled out...
Luckily there was no real visual damage... a little tiny scratch on the bottom corner edge of the plastic but nothing broken or damaged...Last edited: Jan 12, 2015
