Check Craigslist job listings in PA for Williamsport, Scranton / Wilkes-Barre, Poconos, State College and Pittsburgh. You should find water and sand jobs listed there. Also, Ace-Robbins in Tunkhannock, PA has a sign posted outside looking for experienced water truck drivers. I see Oakley sand trucks running out of the terminal in Scranton also. With the price of oil going down, there might not be much demand left. Good luck!

Check craigslist Pittsburgh, Youngstown, Wheeling WV.

Thanks guys... already hit craigslist... seems to be the same companies in all the same cities in that area... I was hoping to get a lead with a smaller company like windsmith said... that just puts a sign up on the gate in their yard

What routes would be best to drive thru and come across anything

I just checked the craigslist listings for West Virginia Northen Panhandle and there are a lot of jobs listed there for the whole area.

Don't know if they're hiring, but you can check with Sugar Hollow water services in Tunkhannock, PA.

Depends on where you're going, I lived and worked in Washington PA. Just off the top of my head for that area; Myers Well Service(Based in Export PA but have trucks parked in 84 PA, 18 an hour to start on nights) Select Energy(Based in 84 as well) Force Trucking(Waynesburg, PA) EAP(Burgettstown, PA) Equipment Transporters(Imperial PA) Coyle Trucking(84 PA) Highland Environmental(Not based in Washington, but a bunch of trucks parked in Washington) Allison Crane and Rigging(84 PA). Those are just a few within a half an hour from Washington. There's work there, prepare yourself for chaining up, and tough roads especially in the winter.
