Haven't seen that in 2 years now, without a lot of yelling and screaming. I had call the TM once before I could get a decent load out of Dallas.

Yeah man...I took a chance with the Cascadia, and I was worried about initial truck bugs. I got lucky with mine. After some time hearing experiences from other drivers, for a new truck to be in the shop for miscellaneous fits is a bit common these days.

All trucks get bugs, some more than others. Often if a problem requires extensive troubleshooting Swift shops won't really deal with it. For some issues its better if you can either deal with it yourself or figure out a way to have a TA or Petro shop take care of it.

It's a shame that minor things like changing fuel filters can't be done by company drivers.

Here at the T/A in Jeffersonville, OH. As far as my hours would get me. If not for all of my stores taking me way early today then I would have ran out of my 14 at my last drop. This all of a sudden having to pu loads at cut times is getting old. Like have to pu at 2300 to be in Indy at 0500. All of this because of some problem drivers. Sure runs out the 14 fast.

Picked up at Reckitt Benckiser in Mechanicsburg, PA yesterday and got to the scale in Carlisle to find the drives at 35.8k. Sent in messages and called DM since I was out of hours and would run out of 14 before I could make delivery on time. After they reworked the load I sent mac22 and sent messages asking about a t-call or repower on my to be told send mac22 and wait on the CSR. Sure enough they got me a new appointment followed by a service fail message, time for me to raise some Texas hell.

You better raise some. This is where you will also find out if your DM is really any good and willing to defend you or worthless. If I remember correct you and her have had a serious issue in the past.

My solution is get a Command load any time I'm near the Lancaster planning area. Problem is the last 2 Command loads out of Dallas took me near Denver, an area nearly as bad as Lancaster as far as I'm concerned.

My DM is out today, there is about to be a massive collision between between her and me and our collective type A personalities.

TA in Monroe, MI 7 miles from the Meijer DC. Called receiving and they tell me we're on their drop program and I could have dropped this morning. Another DM @ Lancaster promptly tells me it's a live unload again so I let her know that I'll tell them Swift said they lied to me and when I go to drop it off tomorrow. The CSR is hellbent on making sure I get stuck with the SF.
