Phone Data Plan while out on the road.

Im a lucky enough ####### to have been grandfathered on Att's old unlimited plan... I think right now sprint and virgin mobile are the only ones offering unlimited data of any sort.

 

Im on ewireless out of california. They have some sort of deal with verizon,so i have verizon coverage and everything unlimited for 135$ per month

 

Hi mladen86. Is your verizon monthly prepay? Because mine is verizon prepay $ 45 for month plus 500 mg free data.

 

If i buy extra data it will cost me $20 for just 3 gb data. It is expensive. $135 everything unlimited is the best. Is that possible for me to change?

 

Im on 2 years contract. I use a lot of data every month,up to 100gb sometimes. You can always call them and check. I was with verizon and switched to ewireless,no charge

 

I use around 6-8GB a month watching TV shows when waiting at docks and I'm local! I've got unlimited so I'm sloppy about it but watching legit movies is gonna use a lot of data. Also double check to see if ATT cares whether data is through the phone or tethered, you can get around that either way by rooting but something you want to know. Plus, since I'm a douche I leave all my video settings on HD which doesn't help (why by a phone with a good screen and not use it right?) LOL!

 

Unfortunately data is the new cash cow for them. They figured that out after the iPhone came out and ATT's network was taxed nearly to the brink of overload...

 

Radio,youtube,tv,skype... It builds up
