Hi Coronado, I drove lots of dump trucks, and I would have loved a truck like you show. I do agree about the clutch pedal. The older Pete's with the clutch that went through the floor were much better, I thought. The dump trucks I drove were terrible trucks, that were downright dangerous and horribly slow. You haven't lived until you've spent some time in a wore out Mack U model tri-axle, or a Louisville Ford tandem with a 3208, non turbo, with a 5X4.

I have a 387 tons of room. Loved the 379 I hauled cows with the best but the 387 turns a lot better.

I have a 379 with the ultra-cab . It's 10 inches taller than a flat top cab. And a 70" sleeper. I am 6'2". I like the leg room. Better than freightliner in that regard. But the cab is narrow. 1.1 million miles in this one. Not much trouble out of it. Less trouble than other brands I've driven . My second 379 btw. I see a 389 glider in my future. Then I'll be done.
