I agree about Gary and Memphis. Greer is my home terminal and forget there too. I moved over to petro Atlanta. I snafu'd this morning. Got woke up with a load and Preplan, not quite awake I went inside, got the tcall and pretriping. Head on to the love unload 20 miles away, all closed up. Look at the load, wtf it is tomorrow morning. Oh well, at least in out of the terminal and can relax for a day. Got a trip behind this to goldsboro NC. Anyone know what a local trip plays?

I think $25 + around 50 cents/mile

Here back at the T/A in London. What a easy day. Every store wanted it early so instead of almost 1030 finished at 0930. Now a nice pplan back up to the NE area of Ohio. All of 200 loaded and then about 180 back mt. My kind of runs.

The Flying J in Sunbury, OH. What was possibly going to be a great week has turned to crap. Due to the messed up load on Saturday and the local on Sunday and nothing tonight as of now, my possible 2200 miles week turns into 1700 and a loss of about 4 additional stops. Perfect timing. My last full week before vacation. A loss of approximately 700 miles.

Here in denver Co at the TA doing my 34 then set for an AM drop and go get some cans to wisc then hometime in Mn. good week for me and its needed since I was broke down in PHX for a week and a half with my TPS out.

Make sure your trailer is spotless before you go to pick up those cans. Husband and his buddy both picked up cans around denver to go to wi and were both sent away because their trailers had too much dust the first time. (And that was AFTER sweeping the trailer once.)

Pain in the arse day, took a load of pallets to the .com target dc in Ontario "15min" unload turned to 2 hours, now at cambels which was supposed to be ready for a d/h by 1500, now at 1630 they are telling me 1.5 hours before they know if its ready for me. 2nd time I have told the planner I do not want certain loads for him to tell me "oh those are quick and easy miles" to turn into a pain and half a day lost in time I wont be paid for.

Despite the PITA factor take the trailer to the terminal for inspection before going to RMCC and all you have to do is go straight in and park it. No inspection at the shipper.Lepton1 Thanks this.

At a Loves in Ardmore OK on my way to KS.
Spent Saturday and a couple hours Sunday bringing mty OTR trailers from the Home Depot DC to the Houston Terminal. Then went home to watch the Packers game and play with the grandkids.
Mac30 had a long load to south of Orlando FL from Houston but too much time and no chance of a Tcall in Ocala so I passed on that one. Besides, my DM keeps warning me to stay out of FL. Found another later from Houston to Topeka KS so I grabbed it. Only 750 miles but I'm sick of the traffic and was ready to head north.
Already grabbed another from KS over to Manteno IL. 600 miles that I can finish on Wednesday.
