    If someone is wearing a baseball cap in any other manner than how the hat was designed to wear---I laugh every time, and picture a complete dumb ### standing in front of me. Could THAT be why he laughed? Helpful hint to others: The bill of the hat is designed to keep sun out of your eyes---not your ears, not your shoulders, and not your back....your eyes.

    Any way; I agree with whomever said forget about the Class A...atleast for another 2 to 3 years. The application asks for violations in the past 12 months and 3 years...it is ALWAYS easier to get a job if you can write NONE in that field. But then you would have to keep your nose clean in that 2 to 3 years....and history shows (be it bad luck or foolishness) you most likely can't do it.

    The rest of what he got may have been deserved. We weren't there so we are in no position to judge.

    But he did say he had deliveries on that off-limits road.

    Ok, first off, cop is a complete douche, even his fellow officers say that, as for csa score I have no idea what my score is...I have checked my psp report and it has all my violations on it,I said before I accep the seatbelt infraction...as for the other ones, no it's not a "weren't my fault" situation..I was there, the rest were no deserving, I mean who in their right mind would give a warning for going 35 over vs 6-10...it's pretty clear the cop that was looking in the mirror and seen his reflection of wearing his hat funny, had a power trip going...

    You can do the DataQ thing which protests a violation on your CSA but it goes back to the same cop who is unlikely to change it anyway. OOIDA has filed a suit against the FMCSA on this. About them not taking off violations that were dismissed by a court of law. Why don't you call them and see what they have to say about it?

    It should be noted that my mvr is clean and that was the first time I had ever gotten anything in the 7 yrs w the company, it's also the same route I had driven for 7 years and we had permission to be on that road for deliveries.....also, I went and fought everything in court and won...

    I have been in contact with ooida, I live close to there and when I talked got them they pretty much just blew me off and said do the data q thing like u did(mentioned the data q, u didn't blow me off)

    Got job an ins taken care of I just want to know where to take the driving test(meaning if some place has a flatbed or tractor trailer I can use) without going to school.. I got my A permit...
