    It doesn't explain much, he's an anonymous poster on a message board, it's no big deal to get annoyed and quit from Shaffer or Crete. Only one person posts good stuff about them and that's a recruiter on here.

    But oddly, I do care about him and wish he'd post.

    He's still out there. His wife is with him in the truck right now. Talked to him about a week ago. We have been friends since we both started at Con-way in 2011.

    Update:

    12th load: Pottsville, PA to Camp Hill, PA to Jessup, MD. (158 paid miles).

    13th load: Jessup, MD to Elizabethtown, PA to West Columbia, SC. (688 paid miles).

    14th load: West Columbia, SC to Marietta, GA to Deland, FL. (675 paid miles).

    Left truck at the Deland Terminal on the evening on 12/31/14 for a B service during hometime. Returned to duty 1/5/15 with my wife tagging along this trip.

    15th load: Deland, FL to Maitland,FL (load postponed enroute to Arcadia, FL) to Ormond Beach, FL (fuel reefer that previous driver neglected to do when tcalling) back to Deland Terminal. (125 paid miles).

    16th load: Deland, FL to Orlando, FL. (37 paid miles).

    17th load: Orlando, FL to Barberton, OH. (1007 paid miles).

    18th load: Barberton, OH to Massillon, OH to Tobyhanna, PA. (399 paid miles).

    19th load: Tobyhanna, PA to Blandon, PA to Romeoville, IL. (800 paid miles).

    20th load: Romeoville, IL to New Kingstown, PA. (700 paid miles).

    Signed up for the NK shop morning of 1/12/15. Got truck back afternoon of 1/15/15. The Detroit tech replaced the NOX sensor. Diagnosis and repair took maybe 3 hrs. Just had to wait my turn for the Detroit tech.

    21st load: New Kingstown, PA to Pottsville, PA(for an MT) to Carlisle, PA to Cleveland, TN. (748 paid miles).

    22nd load: Cleveland, TN to Lenoir City, TN to Romeoville, IL. (626 paid miles).

    23rd load: Romeoville,IL to Tracy, CA. (2103 paid miles).

    We are staged 2.5 hrs from Tracy, CA doing a reset. We deliver tomorrow morning.

    Heyl doesn't pay anything. Not sure why he went there. I wouldn't. TransAm starts company drivers at 32 cents. Not gonna waste my time there either.

    After seeing my last paystub with Indian River from 2014 I will be going to Lessors starting next Wednesday. I can't take it anymore.

    I knew a gal who hit a cow in a Caddy... washboard road in South Dakota. Cow was in a low spot, she came over the hill, and BLAMMO!!! The cow lost, but the Caddy was retired to her line of dead Caddies as well.

    ...we always gave her a hard time about not going back and collecting a few steaks. ;)
