WOW Chinatown, I'm usually in agreement to your post, sorry but going to have to disagree with this one, in Nevada, if your caught cheating, I think the penalty is a 1 year disqualifying from obtaining a CDL, I'll go on their web and check and post the findings

What do they mean by"cheat"? If it just means learn the questions and answers, that's not cheating. If it means using acrib sheet, you need to find another school.

Cheating? The tests are not that hard. If you have to cheat then I would prefer you not be on the same road as my family. Just saying.

When I went for my permit I spent a lot of time on this website. http://cdltest.co/ Not everything they covered was on the test but it was a good base and with this website and what they taught us in the school. (my school didn't need permits when we started) I was able to pass first time go.

Only test I failed was the Hazmat test the first time I took it. Study the book for the CDL permit. There is no reason you should fail this. If you can't justify spending the time to memorize a few important points that are covered on the test, you don't belong behind the wheel of an 80,000 vehicle.
