I doubt there are many that have been driving 7 yrs without a warning. Sure there are plenty of those pin to pin types that never leave the interstate and never cross a scale. Easy way to rack up miles if you ask me. The real challenges are when you get off the highway. Everything bad usually happens off the highway.

I'd venture a guess that there are plenty of TTR member that have had violations and never post them on here. I kinda lost track... what is he guilty of again....seat belt and speeding? If that makes a driver unfit then the driver shortage is worse than we thought.

Thank you, I could totally see where people were coming from if they were there for one and for 2 If I wouldn't have gone to court and got them dismissed, the only reason this is even an issue is cuZ my job fire me fory first offense and refused to tell me how to fight it so I'm trying to fight it anyway I can so I can move on w my career...

I have nothing on my mvr but they are still on my psp report? And someone said I need to check my CSA, I don't even know what those are really because I drove a box truck and my former company never told me anything about it....so I have no clue what to do or where to go..I mean Ive heard of data q but doesn't that cost money

I'm sure all the cops just LOVE the super trucker attitude too. I've noticed at least 5 on this thread.

I guess that goes with the company and what you are hauling. It doesn't happen that often in hauling gasoline. And if it does, you don't see those drivers around very long. I'm sorry to say but 10 years in the city and 10 years OTR and not a spot on any record. Sure I've had talks with the LEO but never had any item written down. I was very lucky especially in the new years were a Whistler save my butt plenty of times. As far as the OP goes I'm sorry you can't see the Know-it-all attitude in this guy so in my opinion he's not worth the time to train. He wants good sound advice so here it goes. Find another career. It's the last thing we need is a bad attitude that blames the world.
