Does Gordon do 'Slip Seating'? If you take more than a few days off, do they let someone else use your truck? Or do you keep the truck once it's assigned?

You couldn't make one thread titled "slip sleating?" And ask about the 3 companies in 1 thread instead of making 1 for each?
Puppage Thanks this. -

I don't know about slip seating but if you take more then like 5 days off they may require you to leave the trk at the terminal.
knuckledragger Thanks this. -
Nobody I know in the company ever had to do that. And I doubt it happens. Their terminals are not plentiful and are not necessarily near where their drivers are. I live in Michigan and my assigned terminal was in Indiana. Because I stayed out as long as I did, I earned one day per week; all I had to do to get that much time off if I wanted was arrange it with my DM.

Worse part was the truck came back a day late and they wanted me to sit @ the terminal for a day waiting on the P.M. and repairs (stuff failed on the other driver).knuckledragger Thanks this. -
