George, I just saw a new weather report that I am getting ready to post for you and Panhandle. Make sure that you have everything that you need on your truck....and hopefully a full tank of fuel.....and anti-gel .....and whatever else that you might need .....water, etc. I hope they are making a bigger deal out of it than what it turns out to be but just in case.....

Nobody talks on the radio anymore. I set mine to 19 all day and nothing. When it does finally make some noise I look around till I realize drivers are talking. Rare event though.

As the oldest ex TA member on here, things are NOT going to change at TA, except for the worse. Had all these same exact problems when I was there and guess what, still having the same problems. TA that is. I can not, could not, and would not, recommend this company to anybody, for any reason. Sad, isn't it??

Understand that people's posts have been getting flagged lately. wonder if mine will.

We all get along here, crazy driver. We know one another's strengths ....and faults. We give one another a reality check as needed. The Cranky One has even slapped my over-inflated ego down a few times.....usually when I needed it.:biggrin_25511: We worry about one another and try to help each other and the new drivers when we can. Sometimes we use a 2x4 to get our point across but we also extend a hand to lift one another up.:biggrin_25519:

From what I have seen a middle of the road health insurance policy is about $1200 a month for a husband and wife. So add about another $14,400 in benefits onto that $68,000. You've done well, Pete.

I am lucky to get a fuel solution half the time anymore, anti gel? Fuggedaboutit. I normally idle, oh but this is the northeast, isnt it? Yep, got the old "grab 50 gals and call me in the morning" sorry but I am not allowed to go into gentlemen's clubs.
