bknight could you possibly answer a question please? My husband was interviewed while in school for water hauler position. He was told the shift would be 5/1 with a rotation of 21 on 7 off. Once he was offered the job in Belfield he was told that shift is no longer available and would be 5/2 rotating with 5/3 and would work 6 weeks on then have 10 days home time. Do you know if this is at all locations and if the 21/7 is completely gone?

It yard to yard, really. However no trucker that I know of works a 21/7 they would go WAY over on their hours. Lots of guys at my yard work 5/1, a few run 5/1 5/2 and even less run a 4/2.

Can anyone help me on how to get hired here. I'm a new driver and wanted to know if they hire drivers with DU that's 4 yrs old.
Also do anyone know about a company called BOS services in ND. I got accepted to work there but they start you off at 16.5 hr -
bknight I think the 21/7 was referring to time on the patch and home time.

When you're filling out the online application for companies it tells you the cut off for DUIs.

The MBI crude haulers I talk to at the offload sites are making $27/hr +OT and are not expecting a pay cut. Not bad, but I've heard mixed reviews on MBI.
