You might want to go back and look at some of the pics. Cluck has posted about straps.
There are several where he had like 20 some straps on his lds. -
My record is 25 straps between 4" and 2" and 6 chains and 8 binders. Better that I had all of it for that occasion.
-
Yeah, but he did have 3-6 separate loads on his trailer.

Dont take loads that are already wet that need to be dry, use clear plastic sheeting over load under tarp, make sure your tarps get patched ASAP if you get a tearbigNATURE Thanks this. -
Plastic on top and overhanging the sides will virtually eliminate wet claims.

Pictures of the load before....

My first year flatbedding ..2012(?) i picked a load of pallet racking 8ft 5 high, full tarp in quincy, mi(Ive never been that far north since!!).
Picked it up in January sometime I got loaded inside but, many trucks were waiting and me trying to be a nice guy i volunteered to go outside and tarp and let someone else back in to get loaded .It was roughly 10-15 degrees and it started snowing about 20 minutes after I pulled out ..I was out there 11am until 630pm .I was crying .I hated flatbed. LOL and had to be in nashville 8am for appt ..I did manage to get there and consignee said we didn't expect you until tomorrow!!!!zenaddler, whoopNride, kona911 and 2 others Thank this.
