We have work in Colorado Springs too! I work at Sinton/Borden Dairy and there's openings. Big difference in my job Besides driving is the physical work. Also dealing with Walmart receivers. Its union job I pay 143. month for my family Health Insurance. My day starts at 1am but most drivers only work 4 days a week. There is also a lot of fuel hauler jobs here. My rent on a 3br 2bath 1 car garage is 875. month I live a block away from a park in a nice area. If your interested in area I can name off a bunch of companies that are hiring.

My biggest question is how much are these jobs paying??? If the jump from Tx to Colo is worth the run??? Sounds like a nice area to live in, great perks etc... but the pay? & you said you would mention which ones were hiring... thx in advance.

Get on with a pneumatic company. My buddy got on with Bulkmatic got exp, they closed down. His exp from that got him his frac job. Try W.W. Transport. They are one of the biggest here and you can use that pneumatic exp to get into the oil fields. They pay pretty well too. Or try hauling milk for DFA or Haul fuel for a bit. A lot of good fuel companies will train now cause their hurting for drivers. There's a lot of fuel companies here too.

Hang in there. I found a crude hauling gig down in the Eagle Ford and I only had about 3-4 months experience hauling diesel. It's not the most glamourous crude hauling job out there, but it is a start. The money is good, but not top of the pops. I actually made more hauling diesel to frac sites, but this was what I wanted to do any way, and when the opportunity presented itself I took it. It should pay off big time next year, when I can decide who it is I want to work for instead of the other way around.

Crude hauling: It ain't Rocket Surgery.

Noticed an ad for Vacuum Truck and it turned out to be Waste Management. It's the first I've seen for either ND. TX or CO. Are they a big player in CO market?

You think 8 months of hauling sand in the Bakken would help to get me onto a good crude outfit or will they not care?
