Do you still drive for miller? Do they pay for benefits? Overall opinion? Thanks

Hey trucker7222, I'm thinking of going with miller out of orangeburg sc. Are things still going well for you? What kind of miles and hometime do you get out of that terminal?

Yeah I'm still working at Miller abs and things are going well. We don't get paid by the mile we are paid on percentage and as far as home time I'm usually out two weeks some time three but it's by choice.

    Loke Thanks this.

trucker7222, do you mind doing a brief post on what you did the last 7 days working? Load mon morning, unload tue morning, washout tue eve, etc. I start orientation with Miller on 9/31. Thanks.

On the used trucks it's usually $0.00 down and payments for 36 months with no buyout. They have a plan for brand new trucks also now which requires a $10,000.00 deposit and a balloon payment after 5 years I believe.
I was there for 3.5 years and averaged around 8000 miles per month. There is a lot of sitting between loads and loading and unloading time but the rates are good so you can make some decent money if you don't mind that.
