That's right about Americans being "spoiled".... folks here have no clue how life is in some other regions of this world... and they think they can apply what they know here to other peoples...
Anyway... wish you a good restful "recovery" today... Looks like the weather where you are is not much better than here... Hopefully tomorrow will be better and you will be able to get out of there going South...![]()

What does "pick out of a line up" mean? I could look that up on the online dictionary but would like to know what you meant...
And yes... no need to rush if it's not safe...
-
A line up is something the police use for a witness to pick out the guilty party. 6 people stand in a row and the witness picks out the person....

Good grief... I was expecting folks in Brasil to mail FMLA today... but at the post office they couldn't understand the American address...

Even though I sent it on an email and explained to them like, this is the name of the street, this is the city, the state so forth and so son...
Anyway.... I explained it to them all over again on the phone now and they made notes... And will try at post office again tomorrow...
I really hope and pray that this mail will not get lost...
BTW, there are more trucks at this truck stop now...
The pic looks "blurry" cause I have my privacy curtain down so nobody can see me inside the truck but light can still come thru...Last edited: Feb 2, 2015

TA on the west side of San Antonio , dropping in the am at HEB then up to Waco for a Mars load bound for Albertsons in Ponca City, OK for delivery Thursday morning...have to see how my 14 treats me to see how I will run this one. Of course HEB has been known to screw up a 14 hr clock. Headache is pickup time leaves me going through DFW at o crap thirty so I might sneak in a 10 and run this one overnight.

This is the last pic of the location here today...
Snowed some more this afternoon.... more trucks in this truck stop...
Have been listening to am radio where folks from Providence, RI have been calling all day long and complaining about the pretty poor condition of the roads and streets... seems the city hasn't been plowing the snow... and piles of snow have been accumulating everywhere.... and too many cars parked on the streets preventing plows from cleaning them up...
