Yeah, the cam will be a pain in the ###! Gotta move the radiator to the side. Good thing i didnt throw anything away
-
Something 00 or newer, i would go for a 359 but i have to much goodies for the electronic kitty that would go to waste.
-
I've been toying with the idea of an e model in my 359. Just need to find one of the older ones that doesn't intrude too much into the truck systems and mainly just stays as a engine managment computer.
I don't knwo who you think your foolin. We all know you won't drive the 359 because it doesn't have enough "Belly room" -
I now where quite a few nice 359's are right now. It's probably a good thing I don't have any money
-
Id unibilt that sucker! But not air ride it just cut the hole. Im not a fat guy, not skinny either, im 6'1" 230lbs so no problem there. But honestly i have like 40 more years of this crap (we shall see the way its going) we all know the 359 is a rough ridin son of a gun. Bet it still rides better than a W9!
You can pretty much do any electronic kitty set up in it MM, get you a 379 main harness and go to town, just stay 03 or older and single turbo. -
well if you don't run around empty they ain't that rough! Even my 379's were not unibilt so really it's what I am used to in a pete other then the 2000 I had for a few years pulling scanners.
I want to unibilt mine. I need the belly room. I can't believe that guy at the other place unibilt that 359. Air ride and all, no subframe liek most do. And he did it to a #### 1987 numbered classic.
-
Oh yeah i couldnt believe someone would cut up a perfect numbered classic like that....
Just wait till Butters gets his now theres a LOL! -
I'm not going there.
At least he has some respect for the trucks -
Now even I wouldn't have cut up a numbered truck!
