Does anyone know if getting a ticket for transporting an over width load during "adverse weather conditions" affect your MVR or CSA? I'm on the job hunt an wondering what to expect. And I'm not around my home dmv so pulling my MVR won't be an option for about a week.

You don't need to be near your home DMV to pull your MVR, you can do it online. -
I hope that doesn't screw me up too bad. That's the cause behind me wanting to get another job. I don't like being made to go against a gut feeling. I looked online last night. It was 40$ to do it online and get a non certified copy. I'd rather just wait the few days and pay 5$ for it Monday when I, back in alabama.

You moved that load in colorado??
-
No I waited out colorado. But got into Nebraska and got shutdown. It sucks because I had just made the call that I thought I should. Conditions weren't really that bad but the sensitivity in Colorado had me paranoid. Either way it was decided I should keep rolling. Then about 5 miles later...pull it in smh

Nebraska is like Kansas, when it comes to OSOW in inclimate weather. They're some of the quickest to shut you down for bad weather.

Nebraska has always been picky about moving oversize during inclement weather always will be too. I seen a couple moving last Saturday when I was rolling and was wondering how many would get shut down with the snow flying. Nebraska is a weird state conditions change quickly how do I know I've lived here all but a whopping 3 months of my life. One reason they shut down is there's too many idiots on the roads in inclement weather to begin with its not so much you they're worried about causing an accident but the moron in the sun driving 70 with 3" of snow and ice on the interstate. So they penalize the big truck. Sorry that's how this screwball state works. Sounds like you were farther west than I am I live in the Southeast corner They were working the 397 pretty hard when the snow was flying over the past week. But then again they had a fatality there not more than about 6 hours after I got home last Saturday and they had more cars in the ditch than I care to talk about. It happens chock it up as a learmed however feel free to argue with an officer if there's ever a next time. You can't LEGALLY move oversize loads through lincoln on the weekends either and I see it done a lot.
-
You can move through Lincoln as long as you are on the interstate on Sat. / Sun.
Now Omaha after noon Sat. and noon Sunday is a no no though. -
$40 for online? here in NV it's $7 for online or at the DMV
