You can order the new trucks with led lights.from the factory. A friend has them and they are awesome. I'm going to price them from the dealer and see how bad the price is.

they are over $1000 each and was told by the dealership parts dept that you cant change the bulbs if they crap out. not worth it imo. better off getting a good hid kit with new projectors or get a led kit with new projectors. will cost you a 3rd the price with same results if not better.ahab Thanks this.

depends.... my volvo dealer wants $950 each side but i know a KW dealer that can get them for me for $650 each side

Sounds like bad grounding on your truck if you're getting electrical noise from the HIDs

chattanooga kw is shocking SOME volvo parts..... thats what my company shop told me ...... stupid thing is that my company shop has them instock for there trucks but can't sell them to me because i'm a O/O...but the chattanooga kw dealer is when they get them

You are right. Bad ground on my CB antenna cable. But not all trucks equipped HID produces noise. It was only one KW or Pete out of thousands passing by. Not all Volvos but much more. And even few reefers

Sound like RF noise. Some of the of those HID kits are made in China, made by an 12 Year old on the kitchen table ! You get what you pay for.
The best ones come from Germany or Japan. If you buy from eBay fle market, you Are rolling the dices....
