I'll be back on the road soon and would like to use these fitness rooms. Do I need to accumulate enough points on my Ultra One card to use these facilities? Can I add money to the card to use the facilities? What is the cost? I usually go for walks but, sometimes weather or time of night makes this difficult for me to do. Is there anyone here that can tell me how this works please???

No you dont...just swipe your ultra one card on the reader at the door for the fitness center.

All I want to use is the treadmill. Hopefully they'll be in okay shape.

I prefer a treadmill but elipticals are low impact. Treadmills whether you realize it or not are hell on your joints

I don't like elipticals. I have asthma and can't breath on them. I gained almost 100lbs and lost over 70lbs by simply walking 15 to 20 minutes three times a day and eating properly. I'm sticking with the treadmill :)
