Delivered at San Diego this morning, now at the petro right by jv terminal. Next live load isn't til 1 tomorrow. Anyone want to party at the petro? Lol

Lol, I'm having a hard time with being 3 hours behind my normal. I'm ready to sleep now but don't want to or I will wake up too early.
So who will be knocking? 😂

 

Delivered in Phx this morning, and came to the terminal for a B Svc. i can't help but feel like the whole day is wasted. Hopefully I get a load soon and can roll out in the AM.

 

today was a pain in the arse, had a pallet load to Ontario where another driver got there around the same time, took 3 hours before they even unloaded us and we sat and waited for quite awhile for them to figure out that we were live unloads after security tried to get us to just drop. 2nd part of my day was supposed to be going to LA store to swap my trailer with one that belongs to Fontana DC then to run it to Fontana and then back to LA to get my original trailer, took 2.5 hours to go the 50 miles to the store and when I get there and hook up to the Fontana trailer I find the glad hand is all screwed up where I could not stick my hose on it, plans then changed to hook back up to my trailer and grap a Yussen on long beach, those 20 miles took another hour and 15min. Tomorrow got a decent day going to Atwater then Santa Maria, a good solid 11 hours of driving with good miles.

Been sitting in Knoxville, TN since Tuesday morning. Truck threw up a warning about the SCR/Regen system. After attempting to manually regen the truck it wouldn't have it. We tried to get further down the road, eventually it derated the engine…after trying to limp it back, we ultimately failed. Truck died a mere 20 minutes from our customer…we we're nearly there after our 700 mile journey!

My mentor had to have it towed to MHC Kenworth where they spent three days plugging it up to computers. Last night they called to let my mentor and myself know that it won't be til Tuesday the parts needed to replace the entire system will arrive. Needless he's not happy on losing a week of work. I'm getting "Breakdown Pay"? I haven't looked at it yet.

I was offered to go with another mentor; however him and I jive well, and I really don't want to go through the drama of readjusting and such. So, a weekend in Knox. One upside is, there are a lot of trains here! So I have something to look at.

I had a nice quick live unload this morning and now I'm on safety hold until I get my DOT physical. It expires 2/10, and 2/10 is the earliest that I was able to get an appointment.

 

And it will take Swift HOURS to remove the safety hold, AMHIK!

 

Who has two thumbs and is still in Phoenix without a load?!?!? This guy!

I woke up at 5:30 to three that came through in the night, and were removed while my Qualcomm was off. Then, at noon, I got another one. As I was accepting it, it got removed. (Most likely someone found it on Mac 30, as it appeared and disappeared in 1 minute.) no loads since. I may idle the truck tonight so my Qualcomm stays on all night. All is good, I just need to get going, this b-service has wasted so much time, lol.
